PRIZE – Project Win may operate multiple competitions at any one time, each competition will have one specific ‘prize’ and will give up to 100% of the net profit to the chosen charity or good cause.
ENTRY: Payments must be made in pounds sterling (also known as GBP or £) and can be made either by the entrant or on behalf of the entrant. Entries can also be made by a free postal entry route outlined in section 4.7 A small transaction fee may also be charged to the contributor which will be made clear when processing any transactions. This fee is charged to cover our use of the payment gateway across our websites.
CONTRIBUTOR: Any person who enters the Competition through the Website or free entry method (postal route)
WINNER: The Entrant chosen at random before or after the Closing Date who will receive the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity must be provided upon collection of the prize and MUST match that of the details provided when entering the respective competition.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ENTRIES: As stated on each product page.
Each competition or ‘project’ will close once the minimum amount of paid entries has been reached for the respective competition. The prize(s) may still be awarded at the sole discretion of the promoter if the number of paid entries at the time of closing the competition does not reach the Maximum Number of Paid Entries, but is nevertheless is deemed by the promoter as sufficient.
1.1 Anyone who is employed by the promoter or has any family relation to the promoter or any suppliers of the promoter is not permitted to use our service at www.projectwin.co.uk.
1.2 Upon entering the Competition, all Entrants must submit all contact details as requested by the Promoter (which must include and not limited to valid e-mail address and phone number) which will be used for the following purposes:
(1.21) to notify the Winner that they have successfully won the prize;
(1.22) to post the Winner’s name and town of residence on our Website and Social Media Pages.
1.3 All entrants are solely responsible to maintain correct contact details held on their account making sure they are correct and up to date at all times.
1.4 The Promoter will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to make contact with any entrant due to any errors or inaccuracies in the contact details provided by the entrants
1.5 You must be 18 Years of age to enter
2.1 The Entrants and the Promoter recognise that the Promoter may use contact details and other data including personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 supplied by the Entrants to the Promoter to administer the Website and conduct the Competition according to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 The Entrants and the Promoter also recognise that the Promoter may (either by choice or at the request of a third party) also disclose this information to relevant third parties for the purposes of the prevention of fraud, money laundering, legal or other financial or regulatory reasons.
3.1 The Competition is operated by the Promoter.
3.2 By entering the competition and contributing to a charity, all Entrants acknowledge that their contribution for each entry does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.
3.3The Promoter does not in any way guarantee the value of the Prize or its condition at the time the prize is exchanged with the winning entrant.
3.4 The Entrants and the promoter recognise that the Competition, its administration and all associated activities are governed by English Law and the Promoter and Entrants recognise that the County or High Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute arising out of the Competition or its administration;
3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions or acted in a way that is reasonably considered by the Promoter to be illegal.
3.6 All Entries will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned
4.1 Maximum entries vary depending on each individual competition each competition will state the maximum amount of entries permitted for any natural or legal person for each competition
4.2 To conclude an entry into the Competition an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved.
4.3 When the Maximum Number of Entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close.
4.4 All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date or if the Promoter cancels the competition.
4.5 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner as described above.
4.6 Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.
4.7You can enter into any of our competitions without contributing no payment is necessary. You can do this by sending your entry by via 1st class post to:

You must clearly write on the letter/postcard which competition you would like to enter and your personal details as follows:
Full Name, Date of Birth, Postal Address, Email address, one contact number.
Entrants MUST have an active account on our website at the time the free entries are processed, all details on postcards MUST match those on the account to which they are to be added.
To avoid disappointment and your entry not being counted due to any delayed deliveries please allow 7days before the timer is up on a competition to send your entry as this allows enough time for us to receive the entry and process it and also send your confirmation to you and your ticket number. You will have one free entry per competition. To do this you will have to create an account (one account is permitted per customer), if for any reason it is found you have multiple accounts these accounts will be terminated and you will be unable to enter any of our competitions on www.projectwin.co.uk.
Once we have received your entry we will send you a confirmation email with your entry number for the draw. Please allow reasonable time for us to process these entries and we will try to process them on Fridays. The promoter will not take any responsibility for any of these entries which were not received for example any that may have been lost in transit, undelivered, incorrect postage paid, sent to the wrong address, not sent within time. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation email within 7 days please contact us.
4.9 The promoter will not any accept any entries which have been automatically completed by a computer or a bot or any type of software. If Projectwin ltd suspects any type of this foul play the accounts with be terminated indefinitely.
- CLOSING THE COMPETITION
5.1 If the Number of Entries to the Competition does not meet the minimum number of entries at the closing date, the promoter reserves the right to extend each draw by a maximum number of times (x2) up to a week per extension. If the minimum amount of tickets does not sell out, the promoter reserves the right to either a) cancel the competition and refund all entries b) Award the prize, regardless of the number of tickets sold c) Award 70% of the ticket sales as the prize. For most competitions they will be drawn regardless of ticket sales this will be clearly stated.
5.2 If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 14 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail/telephone via the contact details submitted along with their entry, then the Promoter reserves the right to then select an Alternate winner, who will then have 14 days to accept the prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner. The original winner will have no claim to the prize after the Alternate Winner is selected.
6 CONTEST/SELECTING WINNER
6.1 Each of our winners are picked at using a google random generator these 4 winners who have been selected will all win Project Win Merchandise. Out of these winners a main winner will be drawn using a method chosen by Projectwin ltd which may change frequently. This draw will always be shown live.
6.2 Full details of the draw date/time will be stated on the product page for each individual competition.
6.3 In some cases Draw Numbers displayed in “My Account” on the website may be subject to change until the draw is confirmed to be closed and entry lists are finalised. For instance if the competition closes early and less than the maximum number of tickets have sold, or due to human or technical error.
6.5 There will only be one winner per competition for the main prize.
7.1 The Promoter owns any prize offered from the time the competition is live until successful handover is completed.
7.2 The Promoter does not imply or give any warranty or accept any valuation to the Prize or guarantee the roadworthiness in anyway shape or form. The Entrant must make up their own decision through their own enquiries and legal advice before entering the competition.
7.3 The prize will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw.
7.4 Prizes will be sent to the winners free of charge within 7 working days of the draw being complete.
7.5 The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of entry into the competition at the time that the prize is collected.
8.1 Each competition we aim to raise as much to a chosen charity the amount we aim to raise will be clearly stated on each competition.
8.2 .We update our good causes page every month and we will announce how much the draws raised . For some live draws, we may ask a charity to take part in helping us pick the winner.
8.3 Each competition will help support a good cause which will be announced before the competition timer starts this will be done on our website and social media pages.
8.4 Up to 100% of the net profit of each draw will be donated to the chosen charity and/or good cause. The Promoter has the discretion to donate more than 100% of the net profits of each competition; however, the minimum donation for each competition will never fall below 20% of the net profits of each competition. The net profit comprises of the monetary total of all Ticket sales for the specified competition, subtracted by the cost of the prize and any further overheads for running the project. The chosen charity and/or good cause will receive up to 100% of this (the net profit).
8.5 The amounts raised will be recorded on the website in our ‘good causes’ section.
8.6 The chosen charity and/or good cause is selected solely by the discretion of directors of Projectwin ltd if you have any suggestions and you would like to see a charity raise its awareness please contact us.
8.7 We use Work For Good when donating to each good cause, they ensure we are donating legally and a agreement is in place with each charity they charge a fee of 5% + VAT of the gross amount of the donation from the participating service.
9.2 The Winner also agrees upon acceptance of the prize that they are required to have Photo(s) and or video(s) taken for promotional purposes, both directly after their win and in any future promotional material.
9.4 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoter will return any Entry Fees paid to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor or store credit). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person;
9.5 Death or personal injury – the Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; The Promoter accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.
9.6 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
9.7 The Promoter do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
9.8 These competition rules shall not create or be construed as creating any form of contract joint venture or other agreement between any Entrant and the Promoters.
9.9 If your bank makes a chargeback or dispute relating to any payment made by you on our site www.projectwin.co.uk we may terminate your account and you will be prohibited from using our site in the future or any other Projectwin ltd ventures.
9.10 An entry shall be declared void (without any refund being given) if the entrant engages in: (a) any form of fraud (actual or apparent); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) fraudulent concealment; (d) hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or (e) amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the Website.
9.11 The promoter will not be liable for anything which stops them or delays them in any way to meet any of these terms and conditions such as any acts of gods, any acts of nature, global pandemics, government acts or laws being changed any or any server malfunctions, networks or telephone communications. The promoter will try to reorganise any draw where possible and all the contributors will be notified when the draw has been rescheduled to.
9.12 If any of the prizes or experiences becomes unavailable for any reason or cannot take place then an alternative prize or experience will be given to the winner or winners which is up to the same value and could exceed the original value but it would not be lower.
9.13 Projectwin ltd has no responsibility of any of its prizes once they have been delivered the promoter cannot be held responsible for any prize once they have been handed over.
9.14 If any of our prizes require you to hold a passport or documentation to travel it is your responsibility you have all of this in place before entering. Projectwin ltd won’t be able to defer any experiences or prizes and hold no responsibility if you are unable to travel for any reason such as missing your flights or becoming ill and being unable to go. The promoter does not hold any responsibility if you are unable to take the prize for any reason whatsoever we are unable to provide any type of cash alternative or voucher or alternative prize.
If we terminate your account for any reason what so ever you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under a new alias, this also means you cannot create an account for somebody else. If your account is terminated this gives us the right to take legal action against you.
These Terms of Projectwin ltd must be followed and are never discounted they remain in full force while you are using our service.
WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY EVENT US’ PROJECTWIN LTD’ FOR ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES DIRECTORS FOR ANY DAMAGES WHICH INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF DATA, ANY LOSSES WHATSOEVER FROM USING OUR SITE OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH ASA RESULT IF RECIEVING ANY OF OUR PRIZES OR EXPERIENCES
